Backflow Testing
Backflow testing is required yearly by each city in the Tri-County area. The test itself takes about 15-20 minutes. Our service department will handle all city paperwork and send you a copy of the test report once all is completed and approved.
The Process
1) Email or fax us your backflow request form from the city you are located
2) Our technician will go out to the site and test the backflow (15 - 20 minutes of water shut off)
3) Our office personnel will submit the results to BSI Online or the municipality of your location
4) Upon city approval, we will send you an invoice and test results via email or postal mail service
New Installation
A backflow prevention device is used to protect potable water supplies from contamination or pollution due to backflow. In water supply systems, water is normally maintained at a significant pressure to enable water to flow from the tap, shower, or other fixture.
